This week we are going to spend some time reflecting on prayer. Why pray? What should I pray? What is the end game of prayer?
I think we spend a lot of time praying in crisis. We spend a lot of time praying our 9-1-1 prayers. We have a crisis or emergency and we go to God in prayer at that time.
You ever wanted to lose weight? Have you ever wanted to live more healthy? Our favorite thing in America is health fads. We make people millionaires because we want to look better, feel better, and be more healthy. We buy all the fads: exercise programs, keto, whole 30, Adkins, Low Carb, High Carb, No Carb, All Carbs (my personal favorite) and everything in between. The truth is if you want to be healthy and lose weight or maintain a healthy life; the truth is it takes a constant and persistent lifestyle change! Not a FAD!
Prayer is the same thing! We need to have a lifestyle change when I comes to prayer. We need to move into a constant and persistent lifestyle change when it comes to prayer in our life!

3. Pray SPECIFIC prayers!
4. Pray CONSTANT prayers!
Today I hope that you spend some time stretching yourself in prayer. Spend 5-10 minutes three times today praying for things and people that will make and eternal difference.
